What we can state today, without exaggeration: personnel with risk prevention training (PRL) and welding certificates.

Every professional HDM proposes is individually verified: identity, proven experience in the role, up-to-date PRL safety training and, for welding, process certification (TIG, MIG/MAG or stick) reviewed before onboarding. If your facility requires specific requirements, they are checked before the proposal is sent. No verified documentation, no proposal.
Risk prevention training (PRL)
The supplied personnel hold occupational risk prevention training appropriate to the working environment. If your site requires site-specific PRL training, state this in the request.
Welding certificates
Welders are assigned according to the required process - TIG, MIG/MAG or stick welding - and the corresponding welding certification is reviewed before confirming.
Documentation before starting
The documentation for each placement is prepared before work begins. Attach your site's requirements to the request if you have them.

When HDM holds additional documented certifications, they will be published here with their exact standard and scope. Until then, we do not advertise them.
