How we collect and process personal data on this site, in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
Data controller
HDM Industrial, with its registered office in Portugal, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can contact the controller through the contact email published on the Contact page.
Data we process
We process the data you choose to provide: name and company, contact person, phone and email, details of the personnel need (profiles, location, dates, requirements) and any documents you voluntarily attach (CV, certificates). We do not collect special categories of data or data of minors through this site.
Purposes
We use your data to answer your enquiry, review personnel availability, prepare a proposal and stay in communication while your request is being handled. If you send your CV through Work with us, your data is used to assess your application against HDM's personnel needs.
Legal basis
The basis for processing is your consent when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, as the request progresses, the pre-contractual measures you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or transfer personal data for commercial purposes. Only the technical providers needed to operate the site and email access the information, acting as processors under the contracts required by the GDPR. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other adequate measures).
Retention
Data is kept while your request or application is being handled and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory periods.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by contacting the controller via the contact email. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency; in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission.
Use of artificial intelligence
This site has been developed with artificial intelligence tools, but the data you submit through the forms is processed directly through HDM's contact channels. Your data is not used to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
Minors
The site's services are aimed at professionals and companies; the processing of data of children under 14 is not envisaged.
